Pembroke Halfpenny Leads Trade for Worcester Dorsets
Narberth, Pembrokeshire-based David Lewis’ ram lamb Pembroke Halfpenny topped the trade at the Dorset Horn and Poll Dorset Society’s Summer Sale at Worcester on Saturday, 12th July, selling for 3000gns and setting a new centre record for the breed.
Sale topper Halfpenny is by Legaloy Elite E1334 and out of Pembroke E85, a Ballytaggart Xseptional X1559 daughter. Earlier this summer, he stood male champion at The Royal Three Counties Show. He sold to Charlotte Heaps, Melton Mowbray, Leics.
